If you are located near Connecticut, you are most probably aware of the Mohegan Sun Arena. It is a 30,000 square feet multi-purpose function place that can hold up to 10,000 seating capacity. From the time of its opening a decade ago, the arena has already witnessed a hundred may be a thousand events that has been a significant part of the Connecticut history.
Initially, the place was the home of the Mohegan Wolves, one of the most popular arena football teams. As early as 2003, WNBA became very famous and the arena was used as the official home court of its own rising team, the Connecticut Sun. The sports gained more popularity as the place itself hosted its All-Star games for three years. As the years went by, Mohegan Sun prides itself as it witnessed other sports activities like the American Kennel Club (AKC) and the World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE). This year is another hectic schedule of sports activities that will be held in the arena.
